But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you – from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.

Lay Ministry is defined the work of ministry to which each believer is called. As Christians we are all called to serve Christ. Jesus gave us the Great Commandment, to “love one another as I have loved you.” He told us to go into all the world and make disciples. Each of us is called to do the work He has for us.
What is Lay Ministry?
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
(Ephesians 2:10)
As laity we are 99.2% of the church and our participation in ministry matters. We must not sit as observers and let a small percent of the church do the majority of the work. We are vital to the unfolding of God’s plan for the world. God has called you to be His representative in this world. The purpose of this website is to help you understand your gifts, passions, preferences and then encourage you and train you to go out into the world around you and be the hands and feet of Jesus.
